In this class, you will discover the purpose of each Chakra and its connection to your emotions and physical well-being. This class will empower you to recognize imbalances and learn practical tools for restoring harmony through meditation and affirmations. This class will conclude with a group reiki session. As a special gift, every participant will receive a set of Chakra stones to assist in your continued healing journey at home.
