I don’t use the term “Reiki Master” because I believe that no one can truly “master” this healing modality. Reiki is a lifelong journey of growth and learning, and I am committed to continually deepening my understanding and practice to better serve you.

The Japanese word Reiki translates to mean "universal life force energy."  I am able to channel the pure Reiki energy to you, promoting stress reduction, relaxation, and healing.  It is a gentle yet powerful energy that balances the whole self on every level.  Being in balance promotes healing. 

During your session, you will lay down fully clothed on the Reiki table.  I will work in your energy field by hovering my hands over the body.  There is no physical contact. As the energy flows, you might feel sensations like gentle warmth, coolness, or tingling in different parts of your body. Some describe feeling a sense of lightness or floating, while others may notice subtle pulsing or a deep emotional release. While each experience is unique, the overall sensation is one of profound relaxation and renewal.

 

People choose to have a Reiki session for various reasons, such as:​

1. Stress Reduction and Relaxation: Reiki is known to promote relaxation and reduce stress by activating the parasympathetic    nervous system, allowing the body to rest and heal.

2. Emotional Balance: Reiki can help to balance emotions, reduce negative feelings like anxiety and sadness, and promote a sense of peace and inner harmony. (1)

3. Physical Healing: It's believed that Reiki can aid in physical healing by enhancing the body's natural healing processes and promoting overall well-being.

4. Pain Management: Some people use Reiki as a complementary therapy for pain relief and symptom management alongside conventional medical treatments. (2)

5. Personal Growth: Reiki can be a way to connect with a deeper sense of self and spirituality, fostering personal growth and awareness.

exactly what the recipient needs.  It works perfectly every time.

Distant Reiki

Because Reiki is energy, it knows no time or space.  This is why

distant Reiki works beautifully. The energetic link is just as strong

as an in-person session, and the healing is just as powerful. With distant Reiki you stay in the comfort of your own space while we connect virtually over Zoom or by phone.
