​No prior experience is needed — just bring an open mind and a willingness to relax. Sessions are unique and independent, so come when your schedule allows.  I guarantee you will leave feeling lighter and more peaceful. 

​This group meets weekly, in person on Tuesdays. Join us to take a pause from the stress of daily life, connect with community, and rediscover balance — one breath at a time.​

Registration is not necessary but appreciated.
